Contact Us - Waitlist

At this point, we have stopped taking preorders for this Christmas and Hanukkah and have begun a waitlist. To add an order to the waitlist, or to preorder for Christmas 2023, please email info@cochu.ca with the following information:
- what items you'd like,
- how many of each,
- if you have flavour preferences (ie. sponge or candy bark hippos, milk or dark chocolate barks),
- if you have allergies we should be aware of, and
- if you are looking for pickup or delivery.

We will try our best to get through as many orders on the waitlist as possible. Most years we are able to get through a portion of the list. If we are able to fill your order, we will contact you asap and let you know.

We will also be working hard to restock our retail store regularly so please feel free to pop in. Or  you can always visit one of our retailers - a full list with addresses and phone numbers can be found here. Note that bonbons are currently only sold at our flagship location in East Village.
